Curious Engine Terms of Service
1. Purpose
Curious Engine is a private automation system for authorized YouTube channel operators. It assists with publishing workflows such as channel validation, duplicate checks, video uploads, metadata management and publishing reports.
2. Authorized use
You may connect only Google/YouTube accounts and channels that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the content you choose to publish and for complying with applicable laws, platform rules and intellectual-property rights.
3. Google and YouTube services
Curious Engine uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube through Curious Engine is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and applicable Google/YouTube developer policies.
4. Permissions
Curious Engine acts only within permissions granted through Google OAuth. You can revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
5. Availability
Automation may be interrupted by API quotas, platform outages, credential revocation, third-party service changes or technical failures. No guarantee is made that every scheduled publication will complete successfully.
